Memories are like dark matter. They cannot be seen directly, only inferred through their effects. As we shape our memories, they shape us in return. Each act of remembering alters what is recalled, bringing past and present into a shifting, reciprocal relationship.
The ibis is enclosed within a geometric cage composed of two interrelated forms. One gives rise to the other, each defining and reshaping the space it occupies. Together, they create a structure that is both ordered and unstable, echoing the way memory is held, revised, and contained.
